Since 2019, Ewropa Consultancy (‘Ewropa’) has assisted clients to tap into European and local funds, mostly within the field of green and digital transition, a transition that is backed by the European Green Deal.
The overarching aim of the Green Deal is to make Europe the first carbon-neutral continent by 2050. The team at Ewropa is passionate about seeing a real green transition in Malta and so we decided to launch a collaborative platform: ‘Green Deal Malta’.
This is a neutral platform which will serve as a centralised hub for all matters related to the Green Deal in Malta – including green energy, transport, construction, enterprise and finance. Our aim is to create a community of like-minded individuals passionate about reaching European sustainability goals, and to disseminate ideas, thoughts, visions, knowledge, solutions, and success stories, with the aim of ultimately creating a Sustainability Vision for Malta, together.
Green Deal Malta will showcase the work which is being done by all stakeholders in terms of sustainability (Governments, Universities, NGOs, private sector players and so on), will introduce thought leaders, as well as local and international talent in matters related to sustainability, and finally, will identify those businesses which are leading the way in sustainable practices.
