Nicole is knowledgeable on funding that the European Union provides for a broad range or projects and programmes, covering areas such as regional & urban development, employment & social inclusion, agriculture and rural development, research and innovation, and humanitarian aid. She has assisted various clients with the application process on obtaining EU and national funding through the grants and funding available through programmes managed nationally.
Education and Court Admissions
Nicole graduated from the University of Malta with a Bachelor of Laws with Honours in 2018, and a Master in Advocacy in 2019. During her time at university, she formed part of one of the largest European Law student organisations, ELSA, and was the Director for Social Policy and Legal Publications with the ELSA Malta national board for the term 2016/2017. She was also the Head of Marketing for the 3rd edition of the ELSA Malta Summer Law School on Maritime Law. Nicole spent a semester furthering her studies at the University of Ferrara, Italy, where she read International Intellectual Property Law and European Contract Law.
